With the acquisition in 1997 of the Allflex Electronic Weighing Division, Iconix took on the responsibility for technical support of Allflex branded scales. This includes all Allflex FX model scales as well as the earlier F-series systems (F600 and F1000).
Iconix also offers a service facility for "Micropower" livestock scales manufactured by Donald Presses Ltd.
