Iconix has been designing and manufacturing electronics for industrial and livestock scales since 1982. Previously known as Measure-Tech Ltd, the name was changed to Iconix New Zealand Ltd in 1997, after acquiring the electronic weighing division of Allflex NZ Ltd.

Manufacturing is carried out at two sites - Palmerston North in the North Island of New Zealand and at Oamaru in the South Island. These locations provide close contact with the farming community and form the basis of our New Zealand-wide sales and service operations.

Research and development work is performed at the Oamaru office, as are most administrative functions.

Iconix livestock scales are sold by distributors in many countries. International sales and support are managed from our Oamaru facility.
